✅ 30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

What can be returned?

• Unworn, unwashed clothing with original tags attached
• Accessories in original packaging (except earrings — hygiene reasons)

What’s final sale?

• Earrings, lingerie, swimwear
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”

How to return

1. Email us at [Your Email] with your order number and which item(s) you want to return.
2. We’ll send you a return label (cost deducted from your refund unless the return is our fault).
3. Pack the items and drop off at the carrier within 7 days.
4. Once we receive and inspect, we’ll refund you within 5–7 business days.

💰 Refunds

• Refund goes back to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are not refunded.
• Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake (wrong item, defective).

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. Instead, return the item for a refund and place a new order. That’s the fastest way to get the right size/color.

💔 Damaged or wrong item

We’re so sorry. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We’ll send a replacement for free and cover return shipping if needed.

🎁 Store credit option (if you prefer)

Not sure about a refund? We can issue store credit that never expires. Just tell us when you email.
